Filming

We filmed 80% of our trailer in one day at the gold club with permission. We first filmed inside so we could film the talking scenes as it wasn't busy. At first we didn't have any actors to film with us but on the day found 2 actors who volunteered. The fighting scenes were difficult to do as we wanted to make it look real so we tried several different shots. When filming we realised that we changed a lot of shots from the script because we didn't vision the script when writing it up.

The fight sequence was fun to film as we came up with some really good ideas as to how to make the fight scenes look realistic but we realized out of the many we can only pick one.

The benefit of filming with the DSLR camera was that the scenes came out clear and on top of that the weather was really good resulting in the trailer looking like a real Hollywood thriller.
When we finished filming we came to notice that the sound was not clear in the talking scenes so we figured it would be a good idea to just do a voice over instead of filming again because we was really happy with the footage.

The next day we only had one shot left. The protagonist jogging scene was difficult because it was in the middle of a row and we had to have our cameraman jog backwards in order to film the protagonist jogging forward. At first the problem was when the camera man was jogging backwoods the camera wasn't steady so after a few takes we finally got our perfected shot.
